Top USA made production cues

Well, my Jacoby happens to be a custom, but if they produce a line of cues that are the SAME from one to another...that is a production line of cues. Lately Lucasi has added the word custom to some of their cues....and they are FAR from it. So, while Jacoby may not be considered a production cue company, you can pick from a number of cues that are made in numbers by them - check out the D series or some of their new line - http://jacobycustomcues.com/ourcues.php?ID=D-Series
 
Trying to get back in the game!

Hey Guys,
I have been out of the game for a while and am going to go ahead and get back into it. Used to run around a little with Jerry Bento! We used play around Cue & Cushion in Houston and Flyboys place outside of New Orleans.
I need a good inexpensive playing stick and was looking at the Sneaky Petes that Donald Bludworth is making now.
Anyone playing with one now? They certainly seem to be priced right and I expect them to be a fine stick.

Any feedback would be great.

IMO it has to be Joss, but I have also seen and tried the KwikFire range of production cues made by Carolina Custom for Kelly Fisher and they are pretty good.
 
Wisconsin Rules!

If you pick any of the Wisconsin Cue Companies you will not be disappointed. If Nubs Wagner and Nova were still in business, they would be a top tier pick players cue. The old Vikings were a great players Cue. You could create a log jam with Pechauer, McDermott, Schon, Jacoby, Jackson, and Schmelke as a players cue.

Outside of Wisconsin, production cues from Joss are at the top of the list.

This is a bit off base and they are not american made but I think from what I have seen and recently tried both, Lucasi and Players cues are a great bang for the buck in production line.

Talked to David Jacoby before buying one of his cues. Nice guy. This was about a year ago and I think he said he had 13 workers. Custom cue can be a grey area to me. My d15 McDermott was a production cue but I had some things stained and mop added. They CUSTOM made it just for me?? Probably no other exactly like it. Is it a custom cue? NO. It's a production cue customized my way. To me a custom cue is a cue made entirely by one or two at the most people. To me the most important question to ask a cue maker, is how many cues he makes in his one man shop per year. Dont know how much time and effort to make each cue but can't imagine someone making much more than 100 per year. Someone else chime in on this cues per year by a one man operation.
 
Jacoby is what I consider to be a semi-production shop. They have a standard line of cues that they produce regularly...however with that said, I have seen some of the customs they have done, and they are right up there with some of the top makers in originality.

What about Dale Perry? Is his a one man operation? He sells a lot of them on Ebay.

It should be noted that not all of the aforementioned cues are made in the USA. It would not be proper for me to identify which ones. Do a little digging, and you can probably find out.

I have a Lucasi and a Pechauer. The Lucasi cues always seem to get a bad rap on this site. But I have to be honest and say the Pechauer is the better cue but the Lucasi is not far below it. Also both are plain janes very similar in design. The Pechauer sells for $130 more then the Lucasi. I like the looks of the Lucasi better(most people do) but the Pechauer plays a little better.
If the Pechauer were to disappear and I had to play only with the Lucasi I would be fine with that.

Yes Lucasi cues are made in China.The poster brought up Lucasi and I just wanted to give an opinion on how I thought they compared to an American made quality production cue. And they compare quite well.
