It's been 6 months.... Wtf. Emails saying it's on its way. Phone calls not answered. It's over 500 dollars! My last correspondence yielded this response " I’m reaching out regarding your refund. Mostly everyone has been refunded but there are players that haven’t received there entry due to the credit card company and other issues. Please be patient we are working extremely hard to resolve the issues. Your payment will be refunded mid January or sooner. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and the long delay. It’s been truly a nightmare! I hope you understand and once again, I’m truly sorry!

Kiss it goodbye- just read the response carefully- the excuses are NOT valid business reasons for not issuing a refund - which usually means you are NOT getting a refund!

Translation - I'm behind on my house payments and my credit card is maxed out. It's been a nightmare.
 
If payment was processed via a payment aggregator, e.g., PayPal, Square, Stripe, Intuit, instead of a merchant account, the payment aggregator companies have the capability of freezing the money and/or bank account ad infinitum.

And in the case of chargebacks (refunds), there's always a nightmare issue to resolve it.

Meanwhile the "Texas Tornado" is now the " Fibbing Financial Fabricator". If she has ANY brains she'll give-up trying to promote tournaments. Anyone that would send her a dollar should have their head examined.

Where is she? Does she not come out regularly? I don't see how she can openly steal from so many people and get away with it. If this kinda thing happened around my city she wouldn't be able to show her face.
