Trouble with TAR PPV

Been watching the TAR PPV non-stop all week, and can't get any picture other than blackness as of about 3 pm this afternoon. I saw the free stream was on this morning, and also read that the PPV should be available. Just wondering when that will be back on.

I couldn't get any stream last nite for the alex/dechaine match. I gave up.
I can't even get to the login screen today. Its been a total waste of time.

I get a message to wait 30 secs and that my account is in use. Then takes me back to access content page. Keeps doing that.

I spoke with our provider to see what the deal is with this issue because a few people had it. Basically the browser gets caught in a loop and keeps recycling. They say to close the browser and wait "a few minutes".

Sometimes this works other times it just pisses you off more. What does work is getting a new user and password and entering that to reset the system.

If you have this issue email me at the address on the home page and I will send you a new user and pass to use.

We are now starting the PPV at 8 PM eastern each night and running as long as something is going on. This means the feed will usually go down around 7 or 8 in the morning because everyone goes to bed.

This Derby has been nutty for us and we appreciate all the people who have faded all the ups and downs with us.

Exactly what happened to me.

While trying not to add to TAR's already burdensom load, I tried for hours to get it working myself but to no avail. I finally broke down and sent an email, got the new info, and bingo!

I know and appreciate what goes into this on the part of TAR. There is no way I would ask for a refund after they have spent so much time, energy, and expense to bring us the sport we love. Bad enough for them to break even let alone lose money because of issues not caused/created by them.

I appreciate the fact you guys do this every year, I have also had a few problems with the feed, but overall thing at my location have been great.
