too bad nobody here is an investigative journalist
the field of questions is high quality
as usual the people with the facts to answer the questions are unable to answer them directly.
The story is good people with hopes and dreams. Then the advertisers with the stories of truth and proof. And of course the shady character(s) who finances/promotes it all. And the questions unanswered and well-dodged.
Conclusion nothing is handed to anybody.

When you write a proforma and have a sponsorship package that comes in at $1 million, that goes onto your books as revenue even though it hasn’t hit your account yet. And then you depreciate certain expenses over five years. You can look at it that way and say this is a very profitable business on a proforma basis.
What is wriiting a proforma?
Can you depreciate expenses? Isnt it assets or tangible goods that are depreciated? What would they be depreciating besides IT equipment and how would this help show a profit? Thanks

Keep in mind I am still taking business classes, so I could be wrong. Some verification on what I am right/wrong about above would be appreciated.

performa = expected revenue or forecast of revenue = expected performance of the business plan.
you don't depreciate expenses, you depreciate capital property. Depends on method used for depreciation, i.e., straight-line vs double declining, etc..

For me his comment about being thanked stands out the most and I can't stop thinking about it. I havne't been to any events but at the world straight pool where KT put in a guest appearance I saw many many players thank him. In addition Charlie actually thanked him over the mic and he got a large round of applause.
According to many reports most of the players couldn't contain their gratitude at the IPT events proper, amny overwhelmed by the money they had won.
Also I'm confused why would he insult his customers (players) IF he was planning on meeting them all in chicago? Just my opinion but it sounds like he's looking for somebody to blame why it all went "tits up" and he has no intention of seeing any of the players again. Hope I'm wrong but why would he say something like that?

WOW! I mean.. you really thought.. After all this.. That EVEN if Chicago went off, that he would actually show up? There are WAY too many fans who would drive to Chicago just to curse Kevin out for what he has done.I might be wrong about the players not getting paid, but I will go on record right now as saying that even if Chicago happens, there is exactly 0% chance of Kevin Trudeau showing up. He'd get cursed out multiple times by fans who will drive there and pay an entrance fee just to yell at him face to face.
If it goes off, and he shows up, I would declare him the mother****** with the biggest balls in the world.
