I guess I didn't know it was Always concrete flooring. I did tho notice some carpet under the floor drapes.

I don't remember it ever not having carpet previously.

It had carpeting previously. I thought the pool table areas had carpeting, but the aisleways in between and on the sides of the pool player area do not have carpeting.

Rumor was the cost of carpet would have been 12k.
