Carpeting was not provided for the prior event, either (TS XXXV, Sept. 2022). The prize money was not increased at that time, so I imagine saving on the carpeting expense just helped Zuglan meet his other rising expenses. But entry fees went up $50 per person for this recent event, so that provided an extra $6,400. The total prize money increased by about $5,600 (from $41,400 to about $47,000), so most of the increase in entry fees went into the prize money.

That's why I feel that there is no reason to be upset by players celebrating their victories during the Mosconi like Jayson and Josh do.

He actually made it a point of going after Earl's shoes!! Then he mocked Earl by doing the dance Earl did years ago after winning a match, except he wasn't playing Earl. The look on the USA teams face tell you that they didn't take it as "just having fun". Jeremy actually made it a point to say, "We're not here to win a press conference" Here it is for those who hasn't seen it...
