Playing Billiards in the Philippines? must be is rough. They take the game pretty seriously. Not only do you have to be a master to compete there dut aside from ducking with safes you have to duck from bullets.

I just always wish guys like this would take it outside instead of doing things like this in billiard halls. It makes us all look bad.

unlike america you don't have the right to a speedy trial. you can wait years in prison just to go to trial for the crime you're accused of.

if you get sent to the wrong prison you could end up dancing till your feet bleed for the warden's families entertainment.

If you are going to be in prison in the Philippines and you like to dance, you need to be in Cebu City Prison.
Hopefully its just your feet that will be bleeding.
