At what point is the line between valid expectations and peacock prima donna expectations? I’m sure many of us remember backed napped cloth, pool rooms without AC with temps and humidity playing havoc with cloth and rails that were liberally coated with talcum powder from players trying to cope with humidity & balls that’s weren’t always pristine clean and cubes of Masters all over the rails.

Yet somehow 100+ ball runners were fairly common and we dealt with conditions and it made us well rounded mentally tough players. I guess I’m just a dinosaur but it all seems to be becoming a bit prissy to me. Players dog it and reach for the excuse file instead of just owning it and focusing on making the most of their next opportunity.

I'm a dinosaur too. We had to learn how to adjust to the conditions and quickly. I liked to watch some pool players in a new room and learn by watching them how a table played.

Oh ok. Thanks. Was going to just separate the tabs and play screen origami. Too bad their player isn't like mlb tv. 4 stream multi view in one tab, scoreboard for other games as well as a panel for stats. But that might be too much work.
 
Once the field was cut in half all good players left. Good move moving it to Texas. Many good players there who do not travel. Money players!
Carlo is an escape artist, although Lu Hui dogged outs in the last two games. AJ played a near flawless match against Jayson, except for that one missed nine ball.

i missed that with lu hui but it seems taiwan is coming with some new strong players this year. they have seemed a bit stagnant of late in terms of rejuvenation

I enjoy watching AJ play. Great stroke, good rythem. He misses some shots though where he just looks careless. He just needs to take a little more time between shots.
