Hendry-Davis will be the one to watch for the people that have been watching snooker since the heydays.

I'll post websites as I find them (as long as Scaramouche doesn't beat me to the punch) The british TV program that worked so well in the past works no longer, so keep an eye on justin.tv or get a proxy ready.

J@ck TV from the same site as british TV still works. But right now it's missing BBC sport.

Update:
Snooker Day one action of the UK Championship from Telford, one of the most prestigious events of the snooker season. Sat, 5 Dec 13:00 british eurosport 2

It's showing live on Eurosport 2 and 1, so J@ckTV will get you there.

Cope v Selby and Ebdon v. Trump are the most intriguing matches IMO.

Ebbo won't make it. After yesterdays long potting by Ronnie, I'm not sure if he's gonna get passed Stevens either.
But yeah there are some interesting matches in there. Day-Wenbo you won't see a lot of safety shots in that one!
Thankfully they're not at the same time so I won't have to choose

I'm really looking forward to Davis - Hendry for nostalgia if nothing else. Unfortunately I think Steve treats professional snooker like side hobby these days (which makes being in the top 30 all the more impressive).

I'll definitely be watching more snooker in the weeks to come. I watched the premiere league finals this weekend, and got in dead stroke for the first time in a long time.

It really helps my fundamentals to watch snooker... :D

Yep Scaramouche that's it so far. J@ckTV and British TV are both down as well.
I only have the Murphy match through a proxy.

<update>
Well even the website is now screwed up and showing football instead of snooker. GRRRRR

And the Jester squeeked that one out after 4-8 down. Wow!
The Hendry Davis match is at 6-6 and a real nail biter too. Today is a good day to watch snooker!

What I've seen was great, but I haven't seen everything:(
Haven't been able to get into BBC with a proxy for a couple of years

drsnooker - Can you enlighten me about the proxy you have used, or is it private?

My bud in London actually moved, so I don't have my personal connection anymore.

It's takes a lot of trial and error and avoid the proxies that have a port of 312x (x=4-8) They are codeen and you usually end up in Belgium or Portugal.
The one I'm using is on the list below. But it takes me like 30 minutes of refreshing before the bytes find their way to my computer.

http://www.proxz.com/proxy_list_uk_0_ext.html

My advice is put www.google.com as your home page in IE. Change the proxy. Exit IE. Reopen it and if google.uk comes up, you are golden.
Well not really but at least you're in the right country with at least the possibility of getting:

or
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/other_sports/snooker/7661693.stm

If it doesn't, that doesn't mean the proxy isn't working, refresh a couple of times to see if it eventually comes in.
