I'm hoping that we will see some new faces at this event. There certainly is a LOT OF MONEY at stake.

There was no charge for spectators last year. I believe it will be the same this year.

The website is now up with some updates. $75,000. Added now!! the Live scoring will be available as a pop out window this time too!

this sounds like a way cool tournament, the place to be for sure,

will there be 9-Ball or amature events going on too/ mini-tournaments?

ATlarge is correct. The Ultimate 10 Ball Championship is a separate event but held at the same place as the Southern Classic, four days ahead of the SC.

The SC will have banks, one pocket and 9 ball.

The Ultimate 10 Ball Championship will have a MENS event and a LADIES event.

$50,000.00 is GUARANTEED ADDED to the MEN's Event alone.

$25,000.00 is GUARANTEED ADDED to the WOMEN's Event alone.

I don't see anything on the website that says they guarantee $170,000.00 in prize fund. They say guaranteed BASED UPON A FULL FIELD. (and it's not 170k, it 171K)

The rest of the money will come from entry fees.

If you want to get a feel for what will be paid out, just click on the 2011 which lists the payouts for the last event held.

This will be one of the biggest events of the year. Players will come from all over the world to this one.

What's going to make this event extra popular for the International Players is that they get to play in TWO MAJOR events on one plane ride. Southern Classic starts right after The Ultimate 10 Ball Championship ends.

The Third Edition of the Ultimate Ten Ball Championships will unfold June 17-20, 2013 at the Harrah’s Resort in Tunica, Mississippi. This WPA World Professional Ranking, BCA Professional Ranking and WPBA Professional Ranking event will carry a total prize fund of more than $170,000!

At least they are cautious and let people know that prize fund is based upon full field. That I like !!!
