Unknown ebay cue. Anybody know?

I have seen this cue popping up every so often on ebay. Does anyone know anything about this cue?

I think the N on the butt capp stands for Not A Deal!!!!!! The cue is an older Asian Import cue, I have seen others similar and the qaulity is certainly not that great.

I think they where put out by the National cue company.

The cue pictured may have had that Name associated with it, but that is all it had in common. The National Cues were made in Chicago, by National Billiard Chalk, and while most were lower end cues the quality was far superior to the cue pictured in the link.

Everything about that cue such as the joint, shaft brass insert, and butt cap remind me of a 90's version of a J&J Production Cue.
