We sold Shane a pool cue and he never sent payment and we were wondering if anyone else has problems with payment from him.
LanzCustomCues is listed in the World Book of Pool Cues and has been listed in BIlliards Digest.
We are not wealthy people we are just trying to collect what is owed us.
Please contact Richard Lanz 419-882-0870 if you have had any similar problems.

Thanks for the PM

I'm making arrangements to sell a Bluegrass in an effort to pay Mr. Lanz.

I Promised the Bluegrass back to the original owner, I should know today if he will buy it otherwise I'll sell it here.

Bill, I thought that I'd returned all of your calls?..................................?...................................?

Impressions made as a result of this post will remain detrimental to my reputation, which I believe to be sound in character.

I've tried to sell the Lanz Break cue!
NO LUCK search the board to see under Lanz.

NOTE
I remain fully aware of my second amendment rights; So *BETTER PAY HIM*

FROM A PARTY WITH NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS TRANSACTION;

DOESN'T BLOW MY SKIRT UP TOO HIGH!

bill of rights

The Second Amendment, as written by the Constitutional Convention of 1787, states:
" A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. "

does not mention pool anywhere...

Bada Bump

I thought it clearly stated that I am selling a Bluegrass to pay Mr. Lanz

Anyone interested in a 2003 BG 19.4 2 shafts one new and brand new JP's, if the original owner doesnt act today it's For sale!

There were 3 people involved in this..........

And now there seems to be a fourth "BRIANNA" with absolutely ZERO interest in the transaction other than getting in the kool-Aid prior to asking the flavor.

His post could be construed as a threat. Stating that I Better do anything won't get you very far. I'm not going to get in a pissing contest with brianna! As soon as I can unload the BG, I can pay period.

You should stop dissecting others' posts and spend your energy and time making your deal right. What makes you think you can "unload the BG" as you say being a seller when you can't seem to fulfill your deals as a buyer. Lacking credibility is lacking credibility.

What is up here lately? All these deadbeats,,,,,,,,,,,no wonder pool is sucking hind tit in the USA.

Now that sediment has started to sink to the bottom, on the clear as mud post by Nine Out, it sounds like the time I told my bookie to pay my mortgage and the bank decided to foreclose on me. Unless I’m still missing something that is what it sounds like. Perhaps Nine out would like to clear the water a little more?

So, the terms of the sale with Dick were that you would go ahead and take the cue and you would pay him when and if you were able to sell your Bluegrass cue? I have heard of contingency sales in real estate, but this is a first for me in the pool cue world.

Unpaid Cue

What I am missing here? I would not ship a cue without payment first. If the agreement was that Mr. Palmer would sell the other cue first and then pay the seller then the seller has no right to complain.

Heres what everyone is missing

The Bluegrass had nothing to do with the cue that I got from Mr. Lanz.

Until I sell the BG I don't have any expendible cash, period.

With that said my options are

1.) Return the Break cue which I can do if Mr. lanz so Desires.
2.) Sell the BG and Pay.
3.) Try to sell the Lanz break cue which never brought an offer over 100 when I last posted it.

The issue

Joe Bama has clarified the basic issue. If the sale was contingent or "pay me when you got it," no wrong is being committed by 9 out. On the other hand, if it was the usual payment upon shipment or receipt transaction, it needs to be made right. At the very least, a public apology to the seller would be in order.

Huffing and puffing about threats and counterthreats is a distraction from the issue at hand.

I've apologized

Just so everyone knows and since Mr. Lanz deemed it necessary to make this everyones business versus sending me a PM here we go.

I commited to pay Mr. Lanz after I returned from a tournament in september. I mailed a postal money order 4 days after my return which I suppose was 3 days late.

Mr. Lanz went out of town, and the money order for payment in full went M.I.A.

I don't believe Mr. Lanz EVER saw the money order. I confused the receipt for another Money order that I had sent Bill grassley for a different transaction several weeks earlier and mis-placed the Receipt for Mr. Lanz.

I filled out a document at my local post office which went to Macon Ga for accounting/Review. I was under the impression that i could recoup my $.

The form was returned because I didn't have the matching receipt.

I traded for two cues that i have been unable to move, and DO NOT currently have the money to pay Mr. Lanz.

As soon as I sell the Bluegrass which I'll give away if I have to, I'll handle this.

Mr. Lanz has been apologized to, I know that i have an obligation however due to no insurance and a 1,800.00 medical procedure for my wife not to mention Myself and my daughter were in the local ER last week has put a strain on me financially.

I value the relationships with all parties involved in this transaction. I do nnot want to harm my reputation or relationship with Bill grassley (who vouched that i would pay) or Mr. Lanz who basically called bullshit on my first money order which is his perogotive.

I fully intend to pay. Mr. Grassley Sent me a 2,350 cue without payment up-front and I paid for it in FULL. If I was going to shill a deal, wouldn't that make one more sense than a 300.00 break cue?

I am making arrangements to handle this.

Mr. Lanz makes a great cue.

Mr. Grassley runs a stand up business.

And I fulfill commitments.

I would make chicken salad but I don't have Chicken S&*^

I remain humbled by my publicly tarnished reputation.

p.s. No spellcheck in i.e. pardon the errors!
