Whoa!!! Wait a second!!! Am I seeing Danny "I will never let my daughter play 9-ball" Barouty playing 9-Ball???!! Really?

Barbara

Hey Barbara! Danny is a tremendous 9-ball player... he just hates the game. His "proof" that the game requires little skill is that he never plays it and yet can still run out with the best of them.

I ain't sayin' I agree with it, but that's what he says :).

Congrats to both players in the finals!

In the summer of 2003, two weeks after being crowned World 9-ball champion, Thorsten Hohmann played in the Big Apple Nine Ball challenge at Master Billiards in Queens, NY. Danny Barouty beat him.

In September of 2004, two weeks after being crowned US Open 9-ball champion, Gabe Owen played in the World Summit of Pool, played in Grand Central Station in New york City. Danny Barouty beat him.

Danny may not like nine ball, but don't assume he can't play it.
