Well I watched Don Cheetam as a terrorist, a little basketball, my homeboy win a Jacoby Tour event again, and ordered a disgusting Chicago Style pizza, who really puts the sauce on top. Sunday 9ball update, from when i left.
Athens beat Jody in the semi's, and was waiting on the winner of Dave Cockayne and Bruce Johnson to play for the winners bracket.
Pet/jimmy were playing for 7th-8th and jody/daniel were playing i think for 5-6th
I talked to Jody about playing Tom M, and he said he would match up an ahead set for $500 with him playing 9 ball on a bar table.
Jon Brown said he would play Jeff Sergant a 8 ball ahead set on the bar table. So they have a little action when they get here next weekend. Not sure if Jamie will be back in town or not.
I know as much as Frost is upset about his losing atm he will still come out this weekend and get in on the action.

As far as Jody Vs. Tom or anything with Jason Chance playing I'm staying out of it. I have no desire to really get in on the action at all. I do want to bet against Jon Brown though, i absolutely want to do that. Please someone, anyone at all, please please please please please please bet something even with me!@!!!!
Jason Chance will not be in town because its Memorial Day weekend. As for betting against Jon Brown, thats your choice, but i want to remind you ... you're beating with your heart, so far you've booked some losers that way.

I lost to Dave on the hill after he missed a total of 12 times or so during the match and got safe EVERY time. Oh and then 5 rail caromed the nine to win on the hill. After that I was metally exhausted and completely dumbfounded, so I forfeited to Jimmy and left.
I've been at Nationals before and seen Jeff play, that isn't a heart bet it's just a bet I'd love to get. Jeff's a decent player, I just think he can win based on several things.
I'm gonna take Keith Bennett over Chris Bartram next week when they play at my old home pool room. If any of you guys want some small sweat bets of $50-$100 i may take a couple just to sweat the match. If they both play normal this ahead set may never end.
I like the Wisky boys in all the games mentioned here (with the possible exception of Tom and Mike, still hedging Tom). I know Jody is still stinging from his match with Fenton but he's probably gonna need a little something from Tom, IMHO.
No I won't be throwing Jody in the box for this one, he'll either have to bet his own or have some you guys that are pumped up throw in with him. I know Jody still wants to play Jamie, he needs to lose before I'd even consider it though, he's been playing good. The match with Josh, well I have doubts that match was real but I wont start another round of dumping accusations. I'll just say I talked to some very respected top players and they were skeptical as well. We'll never know...
I didn't really talk to Mike Athens about playing this weekend, I doubt we will do anything though. I'm just gonna sit back and watch the production you guys put on without my assistance. I'm not bothering to do an homework or figure out who's even coming up or anything about them so I know I won't be trying to have folks match up. I'm still out.
A little birdy did tell me that 1 pkt isnt out of the question. Maybe you guys can get Mark O. or Randy to come and play some folks, that might be cool too. I hear that Mark O. plays very well.
