I just landed in Des Moines. Frost, answer your phone. Will somebody give me directions to this poolroom? Thanks. I'm on my phone, so it might take me a while to get back with you.
from the airport, go the rest of the way through the cornfield to the south(thats the way the giant silo is). once you get to the gravel road, take a left. once you pass the casey's, go about 4 or 5 miles.
you will see a Farmer Tucker's new combine out near the road(he always likes to park it near the road), go past his place and take the next dirt road to the north(its a lvl b maintanence road but shouldn't be too bad, the road grader just went down it a few weeks ago, but if it starts to get where you think you will get stuck, just go back to Tuckers and he will follow you in his 4x4 dodge power wagon, btw, don't ask him about the bullet hole in the front quarter panel, he thought it was a buffalo!!!)
go north on the dirt road till you see the windmill on the right(not left cuz thats mother mary's place and if you happen to stop, you will be there for hours chatting w/ her about her chickens). after the windmill, go right on the gravel road. stay on it till it turns to pavement(asphalt).
Once you're on the asphalt, go straight all the way through the ol' mill. If you see Bob Cranz, don't stop! He will try to get you to help him with his fence. That ol bastard has had his fence ran over more times than jessica feller has busted her knee falling off Jed Millers tire swing!
Once you reach the concrete road, watch to your left as Daisy and her pet geese will prolly be out in the road playing(she is convinced that the warm concrete cures her geese arthritis.
Take the concrete road until you get to the city(Des Moines). From there, just take i235 to bigdogs.
thats the quick way, if you get lost, just gimme a hollar and i will tell you the back way in, its a bit longer and but more scenery..................
