If i ever open a place i want you to do a commercial for me, thanks.
LOL no problem, just be prepared to pay lots of cute blondes...everyone likes a good blonde..I think!

I coulda sworn the 9 didnt count in the bottom corners but clearly I was dead wrong. At that level, youre right at bad rack shouldnt give you a win. Scott checked it, they couldnt rack the gap out..they both looked it over. Right after, boooom 9 on the snap thanks for playin. Sucks.
LOL Brad you're nuts but quite entertaining might I add. I appreciate the Chinese food numbers, I ate like a champ last night. You'll prolly have a PM in your inbox. I just know that if I made a prediction this weekend it pretty much happened.
I agree...hell, in my first match against Dan Tull (Shooters owner), he made the 9 straight in the corner and proceeded to spot the 9. He said they changed the rule when they switched to rack your own...It wasn't till I was watching a match later that someone made the 9 and raked the balls, I went and asked Evelyn and she said it counts as a win!
I checked,checked,re-checked....6 or 7 times that last game and he finally got it to just a C-hair of gap and I foolishly said hit-em....
I appreciate all the kind words on the streams chat from everyone! Laura filled me.....I hate to let opportunities like that one slip through my digits, but you live and learn (I know KORNY) but true.
Thanks, Scott
Scott you know what's funny? Once you told me about your draw, I went on to predict you would finish 5-6th minimum with a chance to crack the top 3. Sure enough you meet expectation. You held it down and played damn well. At first they said who the hell is Scott Hargens...I think they know now. Even though you're a sissy!
On a different note my BCA/Valley team is hilarious, Jody might be the best 3rd base coach in pool lol. We missed Athens last night but pretty sure we still had a good time.
Oh and how bout them Vikings!
I noticed you're the best played in our league. I knew you'd been stalling since you moved here.
I think Desiree is the new manager...
As far as Big Shots on the west side, it's awesome. I like it in there. If you just want to play pool it's not comparable to Big Dogs. It has 12 or 13 Valley's they all play perfect. Most importantly though they have 3 dart boards and 3 lanes for Shuffle Board, which I heart. They got foosball and the arcade games as well. The food is delicious, they have lots of waitresses and the bar is quick fast. The TVs are huge, they show everything. It's the best hangout spot in the area for sure, the place gets packed, sometimes hard to get in the parking lot. The tables take dollars also which makes it pretty easy, it's $1 per game but if you put in a $10 you get 13 games and a $20 gets you 28 games or 30 games I believe. It's the nuts if you're looking to have a good time on the West Side. If you stop by tonite I promise it will be wall to wall and you won't have to wait for a single drink. No pool action though, if you want that you go to Big Dogs.
In general for more serious pool go to Big Dogs, for a place to kick back with the locals, be loud, drink, and play some hangout bar games, this spot wins that race.
Great review...thanks. And coming from you, I trust your opinion highly.
Meanwhile, and I hate to be the one to bring it up, but somebody has to highlight these insane actions, the FTC could be fining you for such reviews soon:
The Federal Trade Commission will try to regulate blogging for the first time, requiring writers on the Web to clearly disclose any freebies or payments they get from companies for reviewing their products.
The FTC said Monday its commissioners voted 4-0 to approve the final Web guidelines, which had been expected. Violating the rules, which take effect Dec. 1, could bring fines up to $11,000 per violation. Bloggers or advertisers also could face injunctions and be ordered to reimburse consumers for financial losses stemming from inappropriate product reviews....
Here's the whole stupid retarded, insane, violent, coercive, unproductive, insane (did I say insane already?), insane idea.

Of course it is not OK!!!!!
Can you imagine Dog's going after YOU for what you said about their competitors?
Suppose I saw you getting a free drink at that new place and told Dog's about it. They could contact the feds and BAM! you get the fine!
Note, I've just changed my signature from linking to my business to linking to this article and to protecting my right to speak.
Insane, insane, insane,

I really don't see what the problem is. The regulation is merely saying that if bloggers are paid (including paid with free stuff), they have to report this in their review. If they got paid (even with free stuff) that review is no longer an impartial person telling their friends about an experience, it's a person advertising a business without mentionng that their support is motivated by more than their own opinion.
I would want to know if someone was being paid to say what they say- it makes a difference in the value I put in their words.
Even if Mike got a free soda or some table time and then came on here telling everyone what a great room it was, it would be very hard to say that he was being paid to give a great review. Not only would it be hard to prove that there was an understood payment, it would be difficult to prove that there was tit- for- tat on just the one- time basis.
Now if Mike got free stuff every single time he went in there, which was proved to be more than what other customers could expect to receive, AND he used repeated opportunities to brag about the business, a payment- for- advertising relationship could be argued. Wouldn't you want to know if his opinion was his opinion?
