I think it is usually $125 before the deadline, 150 after.

We will have the entry forms online at www.playcsipool.com in early December for both the U.S. Bar Table Championships (Feb. 22-28, 2010 at the Terribles Sands Regency Hotel & Casino, Reno, NV) and the Jay Swanson Memorial 9-Ball Tournament "Swanee" (Feb. 13-14, 2010 at Hollywood Billiards, Hollywood, CA)
