You say HALF off tuition, which is a 50% discount, but the poster says 30% discount. Which is it? Either way, it's a nice "tip of the hat" to our military guys and gals.

Just my opinion, but you shouldn't include ALL former military. Punitive discharges (Bad Conduct Discharges and Dishonorable Discharges) shouldn't be rewarded.

Agreed. One should present ID in the form of a form DD-214, which clearly states the character of service (discharge) in Box 24.

-Sean <-- Honorable Discharge also

I don't want to split hairs with you, but I know of numerous people with the type of discharges you mention who were totally railroaded by officials because they would not do something bad they were told to do, and that led to insub and refusal to break rules which put the soldier in a bad position to face either a DD, OTH, or BCD.

Guessing by the nomenclature of your message that you've been around or been in the service and know of some people who were DD'd and absolutely didn't deserve it.
