Hey everyone,

I attended my first US Open 9-ball Championship this year. However, I only got to attend the first 3 days, I still got to see some great pool and took some awesome pictures. The venue wasn't the best and the bleachers were a pain, but it was still a good time. Wish I could stay longer and I hope to be back!

Hope you enjoy,

Ben

After watching Dechaine play his first match, he was my favorite to win it. He was firing them in from everywhere.

I was not able to stay for Niels' match, but this is the first time I saw him in person and boy is he an intimidating figure!

The British contingent watching on as Daryl, Raj, and Daz get warmed up for their first matches. One of my favorites!

Most of the non-pro players shown in FB are friends of mine who asked me to snap some of them.

It is a great photograph..

I'm guessing those two chaps in the background with the handsome mustaches are from the LA contingent of the civil war re-enactment society?

Excellent pics! I love Brian Deska's expression as he watches Melling smash the break!

I checked out your site with all the photos. The really good thing is you know how to edit. you picked excellent ones to post on AZ. good eye, good editing.
thanks again

I also checked out your facebook page and went through the US Open pics. Thanks for sharing your pics and experience.

nice, more photos of white people like the other us open pictures thread. Where are the colored ones? :D Seriously nice crips pics thanks for sharing!

Glad you all enjoyed them. It was definitely a great time. Hope the tournament grows back to where it once was, but even still there were a lot of great players.
