Hmmm, funny that for last 16, they only redraw the remaining 8 from losers side but not all 16
Usually in stage 2 single elimination (after group stage or double eli stage) , redraw all 16 players and seed / rank them 1 to 16 and #1 will play #16, #2 plays #15 and so on .
But here it is partial redraw so sequence of the 8 on winners side remains same as double elimination stage
