US Open stream...............

This list of matches hasn't been wrong yet. Pretty sure we're getting them as posted.

I wonder why Alex is doubting it. I'm not sure, but he may have some inside info that we do not have, I think. He is there working with Matchroom.

One table only yesterday. I guess we’ll see this morning.

Lely does tv for either Sky or Eurosport. Don't think he's employed by MR.

If you look at those times listed it shows a 4 1/2 hour gap between matches that can't be right is it ?
No. There's another match after the first one. They just don't put a time out there for the second match.

I think they saw where they were getting behind yesterday. So I’m guessing that if a match doesn’t get over by a certain time, they’ll start the other match on that outside table.

Freddie <~~~ watching the inside with a little outside

Aside from preventing slow play. The other reason for the shot clock is to make sure the matches don’t take longer than necessary

All the streaming pirates will be PO'd when they move SVB's match to an outside table that isn't being stream, LMAO.

i understood that you thought a redraw would be done before quarters, like in DCC....would be interesting, but not the case

the line-up is set

btw i am at home doing the world snooker championship during the day and US open at night....long hours, but nice and intense

tough to call the winner
a couple stand out, but it all depends on what opponents get, early in the match

anyone of these heavy-hitters very able to run away with a set at any time

Pagulayan got away with murder yesterday, hooking himself twice in closing stages
but as he gets closer to finish line, expect him to get sharper
quarter vs deLuna should not be a problem, if he doesnt try and force to much as against Yapp; after the break the bank that missed but safe'd and the cut on the 1
he will outmove them

SVB for nr.6 would be amazing feat, he has hardly been tested thus far only by Fortunski
match against Wu going to be a cracker
SVB to advance me thinks

Thanks for the update!

What a week for pool *and* snooker. I mean, I haven't been able to get any work done this week. :embarrassed2:

And how about that James Cahill? If he wins the World Snooker Championship, man, that would be pretty cool. I find it interesting he's best friends with Steve Hendry's son, yet Steve Hendry did not offer to help Cahill when Cahill was a young boy learning snooker. And look at James Cahill now! What a great story!

Is this the greatest event ever or what???

MR taking it up 10 notches and ripping the knob off!
Jason

i'd say it is, yes. i loved the world championships 2001-2007, but this is better (and HD). better production, tighter tables and playwise i'd say it is better as well. this match right now being an exception, nerves are getting the better of the chinese players just like in snooker
