Us Open Updates....

In the chat, we determined they were pro pool player pants. (Formerly known as baseball pants)

I'll make a mental note to never get in action with a guy wearing bas.... I mean.... pro pool player pants.

I'm not sure why, as most on this forum know that I'm a diehard pro-American fan, but nothing would please me more than to see Efren Reyes win the U.S Open -- if it can't be Shane, of course.

What a great story it would be to this man's legacy: Efren "The Magician" Reyes.

If only somebody could get the media to Virginia. This is the stuff that movies are made of. This is most definitely a feel-good story, just having Efren in the semifinals. Efren is 58 years old now. What a feat this would be for him to win the whole shebang.

In my opinion, when the term "The Magician" is used to describe Efren, it's because of the countless magical shots he executes to perfection, many that no one else would even think of to begin with. The type of shots that have a 200% degree of difficulty and are shots that all the other pros don't even know how to shoot, let alone think of executing them in major championships at key moments. I think anyone would be hard pressed to challenge Efren by setting up any possible scenario on a pool table, with or without pockets, and say "Let's see you make this ball, or play a safety off this, or make a legal shot off this" It is in those types of situations that the genius, the "magic", of Efren "Bata" Reyes is highlighted.

What never comes to mind, is associating the magic that Efren performs with pure pull it our of your azz 100% luck shots.:)

Please, let's not use the term "magic" and Efren, on a shot like he made against Darren on the hill. Amazes me that there are people that play this game, that actually think he played that shot. Let's not disparage his legacy by including those type of "luck" shots when we describe the magic of the KING:smile:

4-1 SVB over Alex.
Suddenly the wing ball is going in.
Cotton mouth commentator is a little annoying.
Please drink some water.

I know, someone really needs to get into Kenny's ear and let him know that the mouth noises (i.e. clicking and sucking noises when dry mucous membranes stick together and release) are very noticeable.

Shane misses a cross-side bank on the 1. Alex finally gets a shot and runs out to make it 7-2.
