Used worsted pool table cloth for hobbies-*free

I have several bed cloths from 7' valley tables, these bed cloths are simonis860,championship30/30 tour edition and a few ProForm..
Some have no rips or tears; could be used on a 3x6 table but not reinstalled on a valley 7' unless your Houdini:grin:.
I have used the cloth to make small practice stroke tables, practice jump tables, cover card tables... The list goes on and on.....too many uses...
You pay the price of the flat rate shipping box large or medium depending if you want 1or2 bed cloths.."with tracking number"
The cloth is in used but in useable condition, shows wear but all worsted cloth in a pool room is going to have ball marks. The cloths was changed at the time for the tournaments that frequented the season.
Send the cost of the flat rate box and add the 3 or 4% fee if you wish to use paypal or send post office money order.
These are free gifts so I guess sending paypal as a gift will work but I have seen the threads that everyone gets grumpy when asked to send money as a gift to avoid fees..
I'm not making any "cash profit"
I'm cleaning up/out my pool table stuff that I can't stand to let stacking up but never get to use because I have to much.

Gasoline tips are appreciated.
Here you go AZ'
Just make sure that you pay it forward.
The square in not included.

Shape them into 6" circles and sell em on ebay as break pads for a buck each.

If you market them as low deflection break pads you may become a millionaire.

When I was 13 I made and sold a bunch of wooden shoeshine kits. I used trimmings and old cloth from the local poolroom for the cloth shiner/buffer. Between working on an ice truck, a 120 paper bike route, and the shine kits, I was living large. :grin-square:. Johnnyt

In our retirement community old pool table cloth is used to make table covers.

There is a lady on Etsy who will sew a rubber band type of thing around the outside of the cloth
so it can be placed over your specific dining room table,
game table or whatever to make a game table cover.

Great for cards

in my experience, whenever a table's cloth is changed, the used cloth is cut in small pieces and distributed to become cloth for wiping cue/shafts.:)

Anybody listed above that did not get a PM from me please send me a message.
Sending 4 to boys and girls club,2 to a fellow that is building a small table for his grand kids and what ever crown does with the cloth is his business.
Crown...if your intentions is to cut it up into break cloths and sell them for a dollar a rip for gonna have to butter my palm with a little jelly:grin-square:.
I have seen and heard of a ton of ways to use pool table cloth, I know a guy that wears simonis860HR tournament blue underwear:eek:
Think I've giving away enough of the cleaning out stuff.
I have plenty of brand spankin new cloth if anyone is wanting good break pads, I could run a stitch around three sides to prevent the yarn/threads from coming apart- a dollar or fee for my time and material and shipping.
What size of break pads if preferred?
I'll make a few out of used cloth first.

This is great of you to offer this, Rob!

All I have to do is find some used cushions and the little tykes will have something to bang the balls around on. As it is now, I've been wheeling the 3 year-old around the table on my hydraulic lift table. Lol. He's having almost as much fun having Papa push him around on that thing as he's having pushing the balls around with a stick. ;)

Again, thanks a bunch. :)

What profile cushions are you needing, or do you need the wood rail and all?
I've posted used cushions for sale a week ago or so.
What size is the table? I'll look, I might have some rail blocks you would have to cut to fit.

Thanks for the donation, rob!!!!

I dropped them off at the club about a week ago and I stopped bye on monday and saw the cloths hanging in the gymnasium,
nice
So they are on there way to being put to good use.

Thanks again,

All the best,

PS. I have a local friend that owns a Bar with a very nice pool table in the main room, and he uses a break cloth for breaking.

So, there were a couple of smaller pieces, probably from the rails, that i will cut up a few pieces and use the sewing machine at the club and hem the edges and these will make a couple of nice break cloths for the local table. I think I will do the same for the tables the kids play on at the club, this will cut down on the drag and chalk marks that the kids leave, especially the younger kids and the new players, they have a tendency to scrape the cloth when they are learning how to break, so hopefully this will extend the life of the cloth on the table at the club.

ALL THE BEST ROB,

Respectfully,

Cloth

I'm pleased to hear the club is getting good use of the cloth, someone learning anything from the use of it in the club puts a smile on my face.
Thanks for the good experience.

Best wishes
