Has anyone seen one of these in the real world? Have you played on one? Have you recovered one even? I’m curious how they compare to Diamonds.

I’m in the process of planning a pool room with a dozen bar tables and wanna consider both Valley and Diamond. Please drop any comments, all appreciated.

I was told through the grapevine they are about 6300 plus delivery. Would like to put my hands on one before ordering of course but they look pretty solid.

I'd go Diamond all the way at that price. D's might be a little more but those ProAms are built better than any Valley.
Availability is a possible issue with Diamond, probably not but possibly.

From what I’ve been told about these new Valley’s they are built EXTREMELY SIMILAR design wise to the diamonds and are guaranteed delivery in 10 weeks which is crazy fast by comparison.

Still gotta see it to believe it though and I hear there’s only a couple rooms in Indiana and a showroom in Dallas that has them as of today.

Basically he was asking if you have noticed how much everything has gone up in the last few years.
I've bought a new truck, a new heating/AC system for the house, a few cues ;), and another horse. I did mention that I wasn't aware that pool tables had gone up so much in 4 years, which, according to the prices mentioned, more than doubled. That's all I was trying to say. Thanks.

I mean of course you have bought things. I’m as appalled as you and everyone else are at the price of things. I’m just saying it’s not as shocking as you made it out to be. What something costed 4 years ago pre covid(that’s not even the same product btw) is bound to be significantly less and is absolutely irrelevant even though we all think it should be relevant.

Is that a "home table" because it isn't coin operated, or is it less robustly constructed than a commercial table.

I'd go with Diamonds if possible. I don't know how the quality of the Valley compares to a Diamond, but the Diamond brand has prestige. If I walk into a room full of Valleys, it looks like people like to play pool while they are there. If I walk into a room full of Diamonds, I think "this is where the pool players go."

Found it. Crazy. full-retail is 7500bux. they gotta be smokin crack.
Setbert's lists a 7' Diamond Pro Am for $6500. Unless it the wait time and the installation costs, I don't see how anyone can sell a pool table at a higher price than Diamond. Why would someone pay $1000 more for table that has not been a mainstay of the professional pool world for the last two decades?

If someone wants Vallet's just buy used ones and shim the pockets. no way are they worth 7dimes.
