Deano cues are not made by Deno Andrews, so unless it was Deno Andrew's personal cue....there is no connection. Deano cues are well made and great players though!

That DZ cue is a sweet deal!

carom cues

never shot with one of those kinds of cues... is the hit/feel a lot different?
wait... i had a real old duff that had the male pin on the shaft... would that be a carom style joint cue?

I would say the Viguera was more of a carom cue but the Deanoc was intended to be for 'regular' pool playing.

I'm not a carom player at all so I don't know much about the desired hit of a cue. The Viguera has an extremely hard/stiff ping type hit. The Deanoc is much softer than that but still stiff. To me, I would say you feel more of the cue ball when you shoot than you feel the cue if that makes sense.
