Thank you Dom. I'm currently looking for a top shelf breeder with a health guarantee. I believe I'd like a female this time so its not so much like I tried to just replace my pal with another male pup.

My handle on the forum is after a pure White German Shepard (Alpine) that we owned years ago that also was lost early in his life. I still hold a precious place in my heart for that big beast so I am aware of the difficult times you may be going through. All the best to you and I am hoping the next family member will be around a very long time.

Sorry to hear about your pup. If you're anything like myself they're truly family members and it hurts bad to lose one. Just sending my sympathy. Take care and keep busy.

Thank you very much sir. Everyone's kind words mean a lot to me. Its been an extra tough time as of late. On top of everything I just had to have my best friend Bullet put down due to a health issue. One of the hardest things I've been through. I'll spare the details but the Vet said it was my only choice. He just turned 1yr old. Very, very sad. Here is a pic of him & I during happier times. I miss my buddy with all my heart.

That's a fine looking friend you have there with you Kevin and a very,very sad day indeed. I've been through it too and I know how it breaks your heart to have to do this. It just brings tears to my eyes. Sorry for your loss.

My little Benji mix is my buddy. We're together 24/7 and I don't know what I'll do when he passes. He's a5 or 16.

Very sorry you have to go through this Kevin. Get another one soon. We all need the sweetness that they bring to life.
