This table is 100% MINT condition, I've never seen one so good. It's been sitting covered in a house for years and years and hardly even played on. Hardly a nick or scratch in any surface and the finish is so good you can see your reflection in the pedestals. It's totally perfect. PM me if interested...

What a great table - superior restore/refinish job.

Is it American or English style?

Best of luck with the sale.

It has English style pockets. I'm not actually sure that it is a refinish, I think it could be original. It's seriously been sitting untouched in a basement for years.

Nice table, ie sure is BIG ! How much are you asking ? Where are you located ?

The pockets in the pic look more round than the English tables, is the rubber square faced shelf, or triangular?

Well, from the ground up.

No Alum bands at the bottom of pedestals,

no off-white color in grooves of aprons,
and, rail tops look too light in color,
and I don't see a nameplate.

So, not original.

There was a pool hall not far from where the table is that had a few tables just like it, so the old timers say, and that they were ordered that way. So maybe redone maybe not. Still very nice regardless. My opinion having seen it is that perhaps the pedestals and the skirts were refinished, but the rails are most likely original.

There definitely is a name plate, by the way. You can even see it faintly in the first picture.

Thats a tough find, the cushions and rails look English so does the cloth, it appears to be a American table that has been Europeanized , nice find

That's a really cool table. Good luck with the sale. We had a 12 footer at a local hall and I loved playing on those big green oceans. Good luck with the sale.

P.S. I like the way it's configured (without the white grooves and aluminum skirts).

That's not a pool table, it's an aircraft carrier! Wish I could have one of these at home. The size of the bed and cut of those pockets make a 9' Brunswick seem like a toy box.

This Beautiful Table brings back memories of my childhood
and Panarama Billiards, where (3) of these were played regularly
by my friends and I. They also had a few 5 x 10's.

Just wish I had the space. I grew up in the St. Louis area and
everyone had a basement big enough to house one of these.

Actually, Brunswick did make English-style snooker tables for the Canadian and northern US market. This is one of those.

IMHO - more likely a Canadian Brunswick - I believe today one refers to
them as "International".

Dale<only national>

And now I see in the pic of the nameplate, it is indeed a Canadian Brunswick.

Well, if that GTO in your Avatar is yours, I wouldn't worry too much about
trivial things like space in my house, or even if I had a house, as long as
I had a sutitable garage:)

I know I'm on the Internet, but I can't look it up:),

Do they still have the 6 x 12 at Chris' and/or Billiard Cafe?

Dale<who knows, I may get back to Chicago before I expire>

Wow, blast from the past. I grew up playing on a table similar to this. I haven't played snooker in years though because no one around here has a table. I'm seriously tempted to buy a set of snooker balls and play with them on the Diamond 9' at the pool hall.

How big are they and how many pieces of slate ? Do all the lights come with it ? It might help with your sale.
