Sounds like a pretty talented field, I'm glad to see them playing eight ball this year.

Archer is on a comeback. It's 4-3 Petroni

Bryant & Williams are tied at 3-3

Mika & Souquet are tied 1-1 in the 1st set

On the winners side matches that just started...

Mike Davis is up 1-0 against Putnam. These two battle it out pretty good at the Tiger Planet Pool events & they're always fun matches to watch

Hatch just ran out to the 8 and missed an easy cut shot on the 8. Deuel is running out but he keeps getting out of line.

Petroni pocketed a ball on the break and none of the balls are tied up. If he gets out it'll be a sudden death match.

Bryant is on the hill 4-3 against Williams

Mike Davis just went up 2-0 against Putnam

Mika is up 3-1 against Souquet

Petroni just ran out to force the playoff

Deuel is up 4-1 against Hatch in the 1st set

Archer won the lag for the playoff

Bryant & Williams are hill hill in the 2nd set

Archer came up dry on the break and there doesn't appear to be any tie ups on the table but there are some difficult balls on the side rail due to the 8 ball blocking the corner pocket.

Davis is up 3-0 against Putnam.

Charlie Williams just defeated Bryant

Petroni just ran out to defeat Archer

Both of these were on the one loss side

Deuel just won the 1st set against Hatch

Davis is still at the table not seeming to miss a ball against Putnam

Souquet won the 1st set and Mika is up 1-0 in the 2nd set

Hatch & Deuel are tied at 1-1 in the 2nd set

Williams is up 1-0 against Petroni

Mike Davis just missed his 1st ball in 7 games.

A photographer was trying to get a pic of Charlie Williams and the light was reflecting on the lens. It kept bothering Charlie so he stood up & told the guy that he would pose for him after the match if he would please let him shoot that shot.

Putnam FINALLY made a ball on the break. The match is tied 1-1 in the 2nd set

Putnam broke & ran out. The score is 2-1 Putnam

Mika & Souquet are tied at 2-2

Hatch is up 4-1 against Deuel in the 2nd set

Williams is up 3-1 against Petroni in the 1st set

Souquet just made the 1st 8 on the break that I've seen this tourney. He & Mika are tied at 3-3.

Putnam just came up dry again on the break. These tables are tough for breaking... I played some challenge matches against Tony Crosby & Lee Chenman on Wed night and never made a ball on the break. I obviously don't break as hard as these guys but I break 'em pretty hard & was really surprised at how tough it was to make a ball on the break..

Thanks for the updates Timberly, and Koop. I'm already home:mad: , maybe next year i'll plan on staying longer.
