Video - A Tribute to Wade Crane aka "Billy Johnson"

thanks everyone for the kind words.... it makes me feel good that I can do something, that will mean something to many different people. I knew of him, but have never met him, but I saw how much he meant to so many people. I was fortunate enough to have been introduced to Mary Kenniston at the Derby and she was the one that gave me 90 % of the photos to use in this.

I want to do something for the game I love. I want to contribute in some way, to keeping alive the memories of the way pool used to be. For the people that lived those times and for the people that want and care to know more about those times.

Judging by the way he is described by all of his friends, I know if I would have been lucky enough to ever have met him, he and I would have got along great.

This is a slideshow I created, as a tribute to the late Wade Crane. I owe a multitude of thanks to Mary Kenniston for supplying me with the pictures to create this. I wanted to make something for all of his family, his friends and his fans to remember him by. May he rest in peace, he will never be forgotten.

Make sure you right click on the video and choose Full Screen. If your PC is having trouble playing, right click and choose Turn HD off.

I hope you enjoy it... it was tough making it, I never met the man, but I felt like I got to know him while doing this project.

Thank You for some great memories of Wade....we were great friends....I'll always miss the laughs with him.
Every month I would get a call from him....I answer the phone, and he would say...Gregory.....Wade's world...and just start laughing.

I truly miss that call...love ya Wade
