This was the 3rd nite in a row I got to see Efren play. He was playing non pros so he let up every now and then. But when he did have to win he took it down. You could see the fire in his eyes when the case game had to be won. He lays back and lets his customers make some balls but in all 3 days I never saw him lose a set. He was playing with his own bankroll and when the Filipinos are playing for their own money thats when they are the fiercest. I saw Efren and Luat play partners against Parica and Andam one pocket once for $50 a game and it was like life depended on it.
One thing I can recommend to Scott Frost. Be very respectful to Efren. Do not piss him off with any slight. This is when he is most dangerous. If he doesnt like your attitude. he will go for the kill. Of course he himself is the complete gentleman.
Much kudos to the guys that challenged him knowing they were playing the best one hole player on the planet. Its a lifetime experience
 
When he gets back to town (from Arizona), someone tell Efren I want 11-5 for a dollar or two. We were supposed to play once but he went "Gingerbread" on me. :)
