vintage tad and gina from the 60s

BTW guys, I would appreciate a heads up when the Domino shows up on EBay again. I promise I am not in the bidding for the cue, I am just very interested in watching the auction. A PM would be fine, I understand you not wanting to put up the bat signal to the whole world about the sale.

Much appreciated.

I wanted to have this cue to keep for LIFETIME! Forever or until my next eBay auction week whichever came first.

We all have heard this one before...! :P

Well the consignment store for sure wouldn't release his name and Bill seemed to think the owner was going to reconsign them. I, for one, would very much like to see at least the Gina back at auction as I think I stand a good chance of being high bidder in a fair auction. The Tad I wanted to steal and resell.

You wanted to keep the Gina, I wanted to keep the TAD! We'll see when the auction comes up again after Christmas...

Yep, that is just right. I was just a player for the Tad when I thought I could get a deal on it and flip it (I knew you'd be in). I won't be much of a bother to you when the real bidding takes place on the properly IDed sticks, just like I don't feel that anyone will stop me on the Gina.

Anyway it will be fun, assuming the owner auctions them. One thing maybe nobody considered is that he made the decision to sell based on the belief he was going to get a couple of hundred bucks (what could the consignment store have told him for value told on 2 Brunswicks?) and now that he knows their value, who knows?

lol ... I, for one, am certain that I wouldn't even try to stop you on that Gina!

Only time will tell whether these cues will resurface either on E-bay or via consigned sale. Thinking positively, at least the cues will come with letters of authenticity and better information than what was originally listed.
