What rule is Ken breaking in your example?
Thanks
Kevin

Another troll...another waste of bandwidth. Do you have anything constructive to add besides coming after me? Perhaps before posting and not only looking, but proving you're the fool, you should have done a simple search to see if I have a dog in this fight or not...not that it should matter. BTW...thanks for being one of the 'shill' bumpers who can't seem to follow the rules....good on ya! Bonehead.
Just about done with the disparity on AZB.

That's me a forum abuser......the shame of it all....
Lighten up Dave its just a pool forum. Don't get your panties in a bunch too.
Ken
Why don't you just stay away from my threads? All you ever do is troll-post them anyways.
Your credibility with me is SHOT. You did that when you worked overtime to go after a cue maker, because you didn't get a cue...and then did NOTHING to back your a$$ up! To make matters worse, you post up his personal info, and and basically call him gutter trash, because why?....he doesn't live as nicely as you feel he should?!!!
Quit working overtime to demean others, you sanctimonious SOB.
He 'shill' bumps. Quite frequently. Beyond the initial listing, as per the rules, no other comments are allowed. His 'nice cue' comments could be just as easily made via PM...except that he KNOWS he's 'shill' bumping, and doesn't care, because he thinks he's special.
Either the rules apply to all...or remove the rules altogether, and let's get back the to the 'wild, wild west' days of AZB...where the early bird got the schwag, and the playing field was level.

As an example, right now there's a guy mistakenly offering a Schon case for sale as a Fellini or Gore. There are learned members posting in the open to point out his error. This could be done via PM, but that would only warn the seller, not potential buyers.
Is this breaking the supposed "Beyond the initial listing, as per the rules, no other comments are allowed" rule?
Thanks
Kevin
POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK...
Here are some infractions by the OP:
http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=357717
Infraction #1 posting 4/1 15 minutes prior to it being 48 hours (3/30 11:23 post and then 4/1 11:08 AM next post)
Infraction #2 after the thread was done as in you posted “nevermind….back in the case it goes”, you make another post in the thread even though the thread was done hence bumping it back up
http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=357140
Infraction #3 posting a comment in this thread “Looks like a rip-off of one of the JB case designs” 3/23
Infraction #4 posting again in the same thread the same date
Both comments should have been sent via PM
http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=348000
Infraction #5 posting a comment bumping a thread saying “I can verify that John is in fact stateside…so grab a cases while shipping is low!”
http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=345853
Infraction #6 posting a comment in a thread with nothing for sale and then responding multiple times in the thread
http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=322873
Infraction #7 posting multiple comments bumping a thread that you didn’t like
This was doing just a quick search on recent posts...you constantly break the rules that you whine and ***** about...or am I possibly being too picky sort of like this thread?
Maybe you need some them hormones....
Ken
I have to go to work now...but will post more later.
What rule? I just posted the rule earlier in this thread.
"11) Over-active bumping is not allowed. If most of the replies to your post are bumps that is overactive bumping. Anything more than a single bump in any 48-hour period is over-bumping."
Sit down boy, the adults are arguing about stupid things! :grin-square:
Seriously, I usually don't care, but in that particular thread there are at least 10 posts from different users bumping with the same crap.
Yes, it is breaking the rules. That's being nitty, though.
You asking that question, that's also being nitty.
I think you are confused or interpreting that rule wrong. I see nothing in that rule that says Ken can't comment in someone else's For Sale thread once.

And that's being kind...I have to go to work now...but will post more later.
That is a great point Kevin... that rule is ambiguous and can easy be interpreted in many different ways.

Absolutely and it has been interpreted in two different ways by two different mods.
Some folks interpret an ambiguous rule "their way" and call everyone stupid for not seeing it their way.
When Jerry first handed down the rules, there was much discussion about comments being bumps and the last I remember he was going to take it under advisement. Clearly some folks see it as set in stone (either way they choose), but pointing to a rule that simply does not exist is a bit pointless.
Please, some guy posts a Balabushka and another posts "I owned that cue in 1988 and sold it to ABC". That's not against the rules, that's provenance, central to the value of any collectible. Posting that info in a PM to the SELLER, does nothing for potential BUYERS. Just like the guys properly IDing that case as a Schon right now are not being nitty, not breaking rules, they are performing a community service.
More common sense. less rules please.
