W.T.B. Frey, Scruggs, Phillippi or Rauenzahn cue - see description

Looking to buy a Bob Frey, Tim Scruggs or Phillippi cue. Minimum requirements are 4 points with veneers. Ideally the cue would have ringwork and inlays but not a necessity.
