Hey Folks,

My Reeves cue has a radial pin and flat faced joint, but needs work. I am going to have to send it to Jimmy Reeves to get the work done, and I need a cue to play with while the cue is being repaired. I would like to continue to play with a decent hitting, but not too expensive cue which has a radial pin and flat faced joint while the work is done. I think a DP would fit the bill, but I can't afford to buy another cue at present.

I have a BCM solid ebony cue with 1 shaft and black linen wrap, 3/8-10 pin that I would be interested in trading. If anyone has anything with a radial pin that they may be interested in trading (it doesn't have to be a DP), please PM me and let me know.

Humm ... I'm definitely interested in the solid ebony cue. And I have a DP that fits your requirement. I will PM you my email address and request photos and detailed information of your cue.

Mine is a DP with Mother of Pearl
- Black Butt and Points, Smoke Stain and the Sparkle of Jewelry Grade Mother Pearl, very cool.
- 4 Ebony Black Points that matching the Ebony Butt Sleeve.
- 12 Jewelry Grade, Hand Cut, Mother of Pearl Diamonds.
- Really nice Curly Maple Top with a Special DP Smoke Stain.
- Solid Black Irish Linen Wrap that is Double Pressed to Look Like Leather.
- Radial Pin
- 2 shafts (one is DPR 314 like laminated shaft - played with this one, the other shaft is new)
- Talisman medium laminated tips on both.

Thanks for the info ... the fact that it was sold to another person doesn't bother me but what does is that there are people who will start the trade/sell dialogue and doesn't respond back to a correspondence by PM or email.

I'm just venting here .. but it takes time to prepare emails and photo attachments and etc. and do believe that the effort deserves at least a courtesy response.

I realize that the person might be busy or otherwise occupied but when I see them posting elsewhere without responding back or even concluding a thread they started, I'm a bit irked.
