WANTED: Any Pro's near Western Pa, or passing through that want to make a little cash

Hi All,

Not really sure where to post this, but im sure someone will let me know if this is the wrong place...:shrug:



Im looking for Pro players who are either within driving distance, or will be passing through/near the Western Pa area (about 30mins from Pittsburgh), and want to earn some cash by doing a group session, and some private hourly lessons.
The group session will be at my place (We have Diamonds with Simonis, and Aramith Super Pros) and can consist of an informal group lesson (maybe 20-30 people), which is open to whatever you would like to do for 2 hours. Anything from, aiming, strategy, road stories, challenge matches, or whatever your comfortable doing. It would really be more of a meet n great for my local players/customers to ask some question and rub elbows...
The private lessons will also be at my place and consist of one or two hour lessons. I will guarantee a minimum of at least 6 hours of lessons (paid out of my pocket if need be).

We have done this with a few Pros before, and it went well over well for everyone...... We had John Schmidt here last year and he was top notch! He liked the place and equipment, did a tremendous group session that every one of my customers absolutely loved, and did around 8 hours of private lessons over the few days he was in town (If I recall correctly..), and that was set up on two days notice.. Anyone who knows John, im sure could ask him about it as a reference..

If you are within driving distance, you could maximize your take by simply driving back home the same night. Or, We have an inexpensive motel (around $35 a night) about a block away, or several hotels about 15 mins drive, if a room is needed..
You get open use of our tables for lessons, free meals (we have a full menu), and free drinks (whatever you prefer, beer, liquor, soda, water, etc..) while your at my place.

Please be reasonable as to what you ask for your hourly fees, keeping in mind that I do not charge my customers at the door for the group session. It is paid 100% out of my pocket by me, for my customers...

This is an open invitation to any Pro level players, from now until whenever. If you have any questions or want to set something up, please PM me...

I'm going to be there in a few days..........

I am traveling to Oil City and might even stay close to Pittsburgh.

I'm working with Tor on his reality show.

i teach every aspect of the game but my specialty is aiming. Perfect Aiming.

Once I teach a few players how this works they will all want to learn.

This will do more for any player than they could ever imagine.

One reason I'm doing this reality thing is it gets me all over the country for a couple of weeks at a time.

I planned on getting over to the poolhall in Pittsburgh and do a bunch of lessons there.

The show is 14 days. i'll be there for 2 weeks but we would have to coordinate the days and times.
 
What is the name and address of this Pool Room? I might have some friends that live close or play there. They should definitly check this out! i might even come over myself LOL :)

Hey Ray,
There's a guy just up the street that plays probably a hair better than John Schmidt......his name is Cory Young. He would probably do it for a couple of Jim Beams. If you can't get Cory I know this guy not too far away named Leroy..........hold on I'll get his number.......LOL

Seriously I think this is great what you're trying to do.....your place is sweet and the tables are awesome.......wish you all the best!

Funny thing is Cory was the first person who saw the thread and text me this morning, lol.. He's already in.. I told Bish about it, but I'm not sure he can see over the table or not (lol, sorry Bish...).. Ill tell Leroy you said 'hi', lol...

We had GenoMachino come in for a lesson on Friday morning. Things went great, and the lesson was excellent. I wish I could say the same for Gene, as he has had nothing but car problems since Friday morning. His van broke down on his way to my place, and had one problem after the next trying to get someone to repair it. All the problem is/was is an alternator and battery, and PepBoys tried raping him for $750 for it!! I think he has it fixed as of this morning though, and he will be in the Pittsburgh area for another week doing lessons and such. Anyone interested in a lesson from Gene, just get a hold of him, or send me a message and I can relay info. He can do them at either Breakers (near Pittsburgh) or my place near Cranberry (where he is staying).. Thanks Gene!

PEOPLE: These opportunities don't come around very often. This is an owner who cares about his customers. Gene Albrecht can play with the best and has beaten the best on more than an occasion or two. He can teach and he has a valuable aiming system called Perfect Aim. Don't deprive yourself of one of this opportunity.

I finally got the van up and running yesterday night.

I stopped but you had gone. It was about 11:00. I sure wanted to meet allot of the players in your area but was just too late.

Today I am going to Breakers to work with the APA players.

I will be here for another week for sure. Anyone wanting to learn perfect Aim needs to call as soon as possible.
