JBCases. I've seen a handful of his cases made with the backpack straps.
Also, I think the Sterling Wave cases have backpack straps.

As you have seen we can do any sort of backpack strap on any type of case. I like to do ergonomic ones that conform to the shoulder and don't slip.
Also the way we do them is to have a single point at the bottom instead of two d-rings. I find this to be the best way to carry the cue case profile. Two d-rings at the bottom doesn't allow the case to snug up against the back as well. But I will make them any way requested.
If you really want a truely uniqued and originally designed Cue Case-Take a look at our Gallery and contact us! These are high end cases but well worth it-from your post I think Phil Eastwood is your best choice and is the only case maker that can truly taper this one for you and would love the challenge!

Whitten (expensive but you can manage the cost) - EXCELLENT CASE
Dennis Swift - Does good work, full custom, VERY reasonably priced and will work with you.
I have both of these cases and both are in 3x6.... I would recommend either of these with good continence.:thumbup:

And oddly....I have never seen packpack straps on either of these makers cases.
