Update On Missing Doc Fry Cue

Hi,
A burgundy Instroke 2x4 case containing a Doc Fry cue & a Players cue was accidentally left in the Sam's Club parking lot, Muhlenberg, PA this afternnon.
The owner, Joe Myers, after rearranging some things in the trunk of his car forgot to put his cue case back in the trunk and drove off.
Ten minutes later he realized he had left it behind and returned to the scene but no case was to be found.
Joe had Doc Fry make this cue for him some 30+ years ago and would really like to have it back. It's a plain ebony cue, no points, ebony sleeve with 2 red plastic rings.
The cue has 3 mathing shafts.
There is a reward for the return of the Doc Fry cue or any info leading to its recovery.
any info on this please call Joe at 215-538-2357 or Rich at 570-874-3467.
Thanks!!!!

Just wanted to say that both cues, the Doc Fry in particular, were finally recovered yesterday. In Jan. I had placed an ad in the lost and found right after the Sam's club incident and had ZERO replies.
A week or so later an ad was placed in the same paper by the finder of the cues seeking the owner.
I saw the ad and started calling his cell. At least 5's times a day if not more. I had called him at different times hoping for an answer but alway got his voice mail. Each time leaving a more and more detailed message only to
never receive a return call. Very, very, very frustrating to say the least.
Finally this past Friday night I get the call I was waiting for.
It went something like this:
Ring ring....
Hello
Hi Rich, this is Ron, how you doin?
Fine Ron thanks, Ron who?
Ron Christman you know?
No I'm sorry I don't remember, do I know you?
Yes, You called me a bunch of times about some lost pool cues.
Holy S_ _ T !!! I was wondering if we would ever really really talk. Thanks so much for calling!!!
No problem, I just got all the messages you left about the cues and I wanted to call you right away..........................
So after describing the cues and the case, I asked him why it took so long for him to return my call, he said," he didn't know how to retrieve his messages on his cell phone and his nephew
just showed him how to do it this past weekend". This I can believe because I
am still a bit fuzzy on this simple task.
I then suggested we meet a diner where I would give him the reward for
the cues. Reward? A reward is not necessary.
It didn't matter he got the reward anyway.
Just before hanging up I asked him how would I recognize him?
He said, " do you remember what Dale Earnhardt looked like, I replied, "YES". Well I've been told I look just like him." OK then.. I'll see you then.
Think he looks like Dale??

Ron Christman (honest man) with wife.
Today I gave everything back to Joe, age 75. If there ever was a kodak monent is was right then and there. I think Joe will be in shock for some time
to come.
Joe said, "He never thought he would see that cue again.
I remember telling Joe that it may not happen immediately but I had a good feeling that these cues would surface eventually, maybe at the Expo.
And 2+ months later, whala!!!! He had both cues and case back in hands.
Unfrigginbelievable!!!
Just thought I would share this happy ending with you all.
Appears like there ARE still some honest people in this crazy world.
Thanks for all your support!
