The people at Accu-Stats are the kind you get into trouble dealing with. I ordered two DVD's late Thursday night. Today my bank shows that the funds are still pending payment. However, when I got in today there was a Priority Mail box with my name on it in the day's mail. The DVD's are here along with a nice catalog and the invoice.

Service like this is sure to cost me even more money in the future. Probably safer to never deal with them than to have that catalog in front of you and a credit card only inches away from your twitching hand!

LOL!! Yeah, I gotta watch it, myself. I was just on their web site a few minutes ago, and YIKES! Was really tempted to go to the bedroom for the wallet. I haven't bought anything from them online yet, but got some stuff from them at the US Open in 2000, last time I was there:(

I am confused... But it does not take that much to confuse me these days! lol.

Are you saying that you got good or bad business form them? It sounds like you got good business since you got your merchandise in a very timely fashion. The title of this thread insinuates that it was a bad experience. At least to me it did. I have always known them to be a very good company? Just please clarify for confused people such as myself! ;)

i've done business with them on the phone and online and it was really easy and great shipping. onetime i even put the wrong experation date on my credit card on the order form and i think it was pat himself that called and straightened it out for me. good people over there

I agree. Pat Fleming is one of the nicest people I've met in the pool world and he has taken lots of my money over the years because of his Accu-Stats tapes. I hate it!

He's just joking about - saying that the service is so good you'll end up spending a lot of money with em! :)

Accu-stats is #1

Like many of you, I have read many posts on this forum where people are very dissatisfied over ordering merchandise and dealing with people who don't respond.....I'm happy to testify that I have made many purchases of Accu-Stats tapes over many years and not only does the merchandise arrive in a very timely manner, but as mentioned before, Pat Fleming is a super nice guy along with being a good responsive dealer, and I wish more people would buy Accu-Stats DVD's and tapes.....I don't think you'll be disappointed.....

Pat is among many striving for #1.... service is high in his book!!!!

I have to agree with all of the above threads on Pat Fleming and his crew. Just to bad somebody is always trying to take business away from him by making and selling boot leg copies as the real things............mike

I couldn't agree more. I bought the Color of Money tapes on ebay once, the seller was legit, but very shortly (days) after that somebody sent me a message asking me if I'd copy them and sell him a copy. Boy did that piss me off, not only does Fleming do a good job and deserve to make some money, but if we steal (and that's the right word) his product he'll soon go out of business and we'll have no more accu-stats tapes.

I wish he could get a concession from the IPT to do their matches, but then probably with the premium they'd charge Pat, he'd probably have to charge 50 bucks a match or some ridiculous amount.

Match of the month club

Like book of the month club they will give you a discount and send you your favorite game every month automatically.Accu-stats is an awesome offering! Hat's of to Pat Fleming.

I agree. I just sold my collection of tapes. I hoe Pat puts his whole library on the web for a subscription. I'd be a lifetime member. I prefer the on-demand version nowadays. Being mobile I don't like to lug around a lot of stuff.

Just have to throw in here and say I have nothing but very positive experiences dealing with Accu-Stats.

Plus it is great getting to see matches that would otherwise be lost to history.
