I have had several requests about the show. Here is info and schedule:
Dear collector, cuemaker and guests,
The 2008 Cue Collectors show is scheduled for Thursday, October 9-11 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a five star property located near Country Club Plaza and is just completing a complete remodeling. It is located just across the street from a variety of top stores and restaurants.
Only have a limited number of rooms blocked so make your reservations as soon as possible. Call 1 866 856-9717 and mention the group booking code ICC to get the reduced rate of $179.00. Anyone who has stayed at a premier hotel in the last year will know this is a terrific rate.
You can also book online this year. Go to
www.kansascityic.com and click on reservations. Enter arrival and departure dates. Click on ?+? Corporate, Group and IATA. The three letter booking code is ICC. This will get you the proper rate.
On Thursday October 9 collectors, cuemakers and guests are invited to the Prouts to see their car and cue collection. Following the party we will have a catered KC style barbeque dinner.
Friday will be a full day with seminars in the morning and the private collectors show in the afternoon. All exhibiting collectors, cuemakers and guests are invited. The cocktail party will begin at 5:00pm with food and drink. Following the show everyone is free to go to dinner at a nearby restaurant of their choice.
Saturday will start with a collectors meeting followed by the opening of the 2008 Cue Collectors show to the general public at noon. From early inquiries I am expecting many more people than in past years.

The registration fee this year will be $225.00 and will include the barbeque dinner on Thursday night, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on Friday and the awards dinner Saturday night. All food and drink is included for these events.
