Welcome aboard. Are you still playing poker? We met about 7 or 8 years ago when I was backing a Fillipino champion and we went through NY. We did not have the pleasure of matching up, and I am not sure we would have liked it too much. In my opinon I seen you play some of the best nineball and straight pool that has ever been played before your back flared up. You have all the talent and drive in the world and I hope you are succesfull in all your endeavors. Next time I am in NY maybe we can hook up so you can show me a poker club that is on the level. Right now I mainly play PLO and O8 or better from 5-10 to 25-50 limits, NLHE from 5-10 to 100-200, Badugi half pot limit from 20-40 to 100-200, Triple Draw pot limit from 25-50 to 100-200, and Limit hold'em (yuck) from 100-200 to 1k-2k (rarely) when I started playing I started at 2-4 stud and worked my way up to the biggest game in the world. Well send me a PM if you are interested in showing me some of the famous NY card clubs first buy-in on me.

you will see me in more tournaments soon. ive had a rough year, family wise and also, i had a broken wrist (broke it in 3 places) one of the reasons i couldnt play in reno (but other personal matters too). you will be seeing alot more of me now.jkjerry said:

You have amassed quite a following over the years with not only your championship caliber of play, but also your demeanor, personality and quick wit.
I'm glad to see that your enthused about playing in more tournaments, it was quite a loss to the pool community not seeing you compete.
I'm sure you will be able to dertermine who I am if I was to mention our good friend Mr. Jim Burke, although he moved to Arizona I know how much he enjoys seeing you when he comes back here for the holidays.
