Well guys on september 18th we now have a World Straight Pool Qualifier happening at Cue Nine (Leisure Time) in Levittown NY. (Long Island)

We will be your second to last chance to make your way to the most auspicious straight pool event in the world, the World Straight Pool Championships.

The chance almost slipped through our fingers but when times are tough the tough get going and I have agreed to put up half the money out of my own pocket to make this event happen. I have done this for all of you in this forum in the hopes of keeping this great sport going and giving two more people the shot at getting in this amazing event as I did last year.

I look forward to being your tournament director once again in this double elimination event. Top two finishers will qualify. We are looking for 12 players at least for this thing and hope that everyone will make it down.

Entry fee is $105.00 and matches will begin promptly at 11:00AM.

Let me know if you guys are interested. Please get in touch to finalize with me or if you have any questions on hotels in the area or questions in regards to the event.

Great job! They need to have as many qualifiers as possible!Is amazing that despite your schedule, you are able to be such a positive force in 14.1!

David i couldnt help but notice the slight addition to my post, I cant imagine how that got there perhaps the mods put it in. I think we should launch a full scale investigation into this. Oh wait they are probably still investigating the mysterious breaking of your coffee cup.

The funny thing is i dont think it was mysterious. You had motive, access, means. I mean im no detective but when the facts are there sometimes you cant ignore them.

Thanks so much Rufus, our sport needs to continue and in my opinion when you have the ability to do something to help you should. Our date is 9/18 and we are looking for entries still.

Not as of yet Dave I am waiting on the room owner to get in touch with me with the new logo!! The minute I have it I will definitely send one your way !!
