This Wes Hunter Classic Titlist cue is in pristine condition and plays as good as it looks.The shaft wood is exceptional (I wonder where he gets it?) and the craftsmanship is super. The cue plays really strong.

Here are the specs:

Butt: Rosewood ,tiger maple handle and Hoppe ring. 29 inches, 14.6 ounces
Ringwork that matches the veneers at B,C,D and E; brass joint sleeve; flat-face radial pin
Shaft one - 13.0 mm, Kamui black supersoft, 3.7oz, 28.5 inches, with half-inch ferrule
Shaft two - 13.1 mm, Kamui black soft, 3.8oz, 28.5 inches, with half inch ferrule

If I was in the market I would definitely be all over this and it would already be sold....... GL with the sale.....
 
I've been hitting with Hunter cues off and on since the mid 90's. Never seen a Titlist by him. Very nice and classy Hunter. Superb cue for the price.

Forgive the question, but is this cue a Titlist conversion or a tribute?

The reason I ask is because the colors of the veneers look a little different than any Titlists I have seen.

Maybe its just the pics?

Either way, the cue is a real beauty anyone would be proud to have!!

That's an excellent question. The rosewood looks very old but the second veneers in from the points look orange. I picked up this cue on the AZ board and it had been advertised as a Titlist, but it could be a tribute.....I think I want to use one of my lifelines and ask the audience....By the way, you are right, either way the cue is a beauty :grin:
 
Just my .02 but I don't think Wes makes fullsplice cues and you don't see many wide point recut cues. The orange tone does throw you off a bit. I'm curious to hear other opinions.

Regardless the price for a Hunter titlist or not is still good.
