Western TV Show - 8 Ball On HORSEBACK

Every few years I make an effort to find this TV Western that I watched about in 1965.

Two men were playing 8 ball on horseback. The prize was 10 or 20 thousand in gold and a Woman. The players would move their horses around the pool table and when they got to a shot, they would lean down on the already elevated pool table and shoot the shot.

The final shot was one of those almost impossible shots, banking the 8 ball from the left diamond at the foot of the table to the left side pocket. The cue ball was originally sitting near the side pocket at the beginning of the shot.

I've searched for this TV Western for dozens of years to no avail. I have had others search using different parameters and different mediums, also to no avail.

The only pool game that I ever saw other than this one was a French made movie with some guys playing pool while on horseback.

This western movie has stuck in my mind and been almost a curse as I can't seem to shake it. I want to see it again. I want to think that this movie inspired me to play pool. I know it sounds crazy but it is what it is.

If any of you have ever seen a TV or non-tv western movie where two men played 8 ball while riding around the table on horseback, I would love to hear about it.

If anyone has a method of finding such a movie, I would love to know about the link.

Any suggestions besides seeing a shrink are welcome.

My shrink already told me that no help could be provided in this regard. :D

NO that wasn't it but just like this movie, two guys were riding horses around the pool table. There was a hell of a lot more drama in it than this one. In all these years looking for that tv movie, I never ran across the one you posted. Thanks for the effort.

I'm actually tempted to try and track down the producer/director of the Spanish/western movie and ask them where they got the idea from.

While looking I found out that the Wild Wild West pilot episode was titled "The cannonball eightball".
I have not seen it but I guess it has an exploding 8ball and a bullet shooting pool cue.

I may be able to find it....but it'll be a full time job.
It could get expensive......
....I'll need a stake-horse

:)

That was a most unique series (and I liked it) but the movie I saw was way before they broadcast that show. :)

TV was only a dream to Philo Farnsworth, when this photo was taken.
I wonder who had to clean up the mess?

The dates seem close and the actors weren't the super stars of yesteryear. I'm looking to download the movie.
