What 90's pro from TV am I thinking of?

I'm surprised no one remembers this guy. I know I saw him on ESPN more than a couole times. I know if I saw the name, I would instantly recognize it. Also the guy above me has it right when he says the guy just about jumped out of his shoes.
Players from the 90s who “jumped out of their shoes” and were on ESPN have all been named: George Breedlove, Danny Harriman, Jon Kucharo. Breedlove comes the closest to all of your physical descriptions. I’ve been racking my brain trying to remember if there was anyone else that remotely fits your description.

I said I knew who you are talking about.

🤷🏻‍♂️

Was this solved yet?!

OP: Here is Breedlove breaking in 1992. Time stamp 9:05.

George hurt his shoulder (maybe dislocated it) from breaking so hard and when it healed he had a back off a little. For a while there in the 90's he had the most powerful break, stronger than David Howard, Tony Ellin or Danny Medina. Earl had the best break though! He knew just where to hit the balls and how hard, to get max results. He would practice his break on each table to find the sweet spot. His break was the most effective and the key to him stringing all those racks.

First thought was Nick Varner just based of the physical description minus the dark hair with balding :)
