Stroke. On a 4.75" pocket table, you have enough pocket to "play different parts of the center", while still moving the ball around the table easily.especially on new brunswick tables
approx 4.75 corner pockets
i hit a shot that catches the corner point and it jingles and hangs
it seems to be to be an unusual thing
perhaps i am wrong
My Professional Diamond does that real bad. I think the slate edge was not prepped right ...excess glue. The ball sometimes stops on the edge just before dropping.especially on new brunswick tables

Off the shelf Brunswick something or nuther. Those buckets also spit 'em out if you do split the heart. 5 ball seems to be multiplying. eek...The facing angles look tough, but the bigger problem is that 2 1/4" shelf - it would earn Dr. Dave's worst "table difficulty factor" score. The 5 ball could be this far in and not drop:

it’s funny but true… when I goto play on a valley after my tight diamond I feel like I can never miss but I can’t treat it like that or I will! Lol
This.. that shelf will make you hit them clean for sure. The facing angles look tough, but the bigger problem is that 2 1/4" shelf - it would earn Dr. Dave's worst "table difficulty factor" score. The 5 ball could be this far in and not drop:
