Tar is a viscous black liquid derived from the destructive distillation of organic matter. Most tar is produced from coal as a byproduct of coke production, but it can also be produced from petroleum, peat or wood.

Its a Mafia orginazition run by giant guys who live in S.D. they are all like 350 pounds up to 6'7" tall, they are running pool these days. They have patterned their orginization like the Italians in NY and NJ. They have soldiers, Capo's, Bosses etc. Just like in real life ot the movies or Sopranos. They have ties in K.C. and are spreading out. They broke my thumbs a couple months back. So soon as I make a hit then i'll be back in their good graces again.
