What is the highest end (or highest priced) cue (model) that Lucasi ever made?

I am curious what the highest end (or highest priced) cue that Lucasi ever made (not including their new lines with the LD shafts)?

I am just talking about the older lines that only came with a regular maple shaft (not LD, or hybrid, or whatever other new shaft technology that they may have come out with in recent years).

Was the Buddy Hall signature line of Lucasi cues their most expensive, or how expensive did they get?

I know that this is probably a very silly question, but I am just curious how high end these Chinese made cues have ever gotten in the past.

At first I thought it was a silly question. Lucasi does not "make" cues. They brand them. But then after considering the matter I find myself curious. I do wonder.......

Yeah, I understand that Lucasi is only a brand (and not a cue maker), and I remember you (chopdoc) telling me that awhile back.

I have learned that Tai-Can is the maker of Lucasi cues, and many other cue brands too (like Universal cues and probably many others that I do not know about).

I read that they are considered to be the best cue manufacturer in China (with the highest tech equipment to make their cues).

I am just very curious about Lucasi cues, and how pricey (high end) they ever were in previous years (before the new LD, and hybrid cue shafts came out).

The most expensive Lucasi cue ever made was the "Lucasi" cue Buddy played with that Dennis Searing built.... LOL
 
That sounds very cool (a Searing custom made Lucasi cue), but I am just curious about the mass produced (non limited edition) Lucasi cues. Thanks.

Back in the days when I was selling cues I remember that there were a couple of lucasi cue models that sold near around $450. And I remember that because anytime anyone looked at those particular models I would immediately begin moving them up into a Nova cue which I could sell for just over $500. Which offered the customer an american made custom shop cue with a higher grade quality construction, and much better long term value for the buyer. I sold a lot of Nova cues that way.

Back in 2007 a Lucasi model L-E90 retailed for $552. This was the advertised price.

One of my favorites is the L-E81. Retail was $410.

The best playing Lucasi I had was the L-E27 which came with the 8 piece shaft which was standard for this model back in 2007.
 
I understand why anyone would rather spend $500 on a Nova cue. Nova cues hit amazing, and sadly I think that they are no longer being made.
