What is the standard length of a forearm?

I was just thinking of a shorter forearm. I kinda like the idea of a long and lean wrapless handle.

Anyone have any pics of this proportion? Merry Widow, perhaps.

Forearm lengths are going to vary a little depending upon the builder. Mine are 12.5" in length.

mine are generally 12. i wont go shorter
on a 59'' cue i may go 12.5 depends.
generally if i add 1/2in i do it in the handle

so

12 12.5 3 1.5 = 29

or

12 13 3 1.5 = 29.5

some makers will split is evenly.

12.5 12.5 3 1.5 =29.5

nothing is wrong but you can change your balance point hair

My forearms & handles are 12" long. My total butt length is always 28 1/2" long. My shafts are 29" long.

lol jer i do the opposite. i make some butts 29.5 and shaft 29. to move the balance up
