What is the value of a rack of pool balls?

I purchased a set of pool balls that were supposed to be from the 60's. I figured I couldn't go wrong for $20.00.

How do you verify the age of a set of pool balls? Are they new? Are they antique? Who manufactured them? It's a little difficult when the original packaging isn't available and all you have to go on is that they're round and have numbers and stripes on them. Is there a catalog available or some other source that I can use as a guide?

Sorry man, but those kind of balls we drill holes in, add eyelet screws,
hang them from Target Stands at 100 yds., and blast away with AR-15's.
