Diagrams and videos welcome! Maybe this doesn't count, since technically Nick Varner is shooting and missing the 9, so Mike Sigel should be happy to get to the table. Still, that leave is BRUTAL!

Took the liberty of bookmarking the shot so the link leads directly to it. Wow!

right lol, why does he think that wouldn't scratch? That scratch was there since the beginning of time.![]()

That doesn’t mean his choice of shots wasn’t atrocious.because the 8B fell in. Did you folks not see it sitting there, over the corner pocket?
Yeah, that was brutal. Not nearly as brutal as the color of that cloth. What in the actual f*ck is that all about? These back-to-back shots by Lil' Ko in a recent match made me laugh out loud:Sometimes you're just not meant to win the rack.
Agreed. Even if the 8 was there, the cueball could have followed it in or he could have ended up corner hooked. It was still weird and unlucky, though. That doesn’t mean his choice of shots wasn’t atrocious.
Honestly I think he just put a little too much inside on it thinking that if he did run into the 8 he would be fine. The 9 is kind of a big ball if you go to the bottom rail other side of the table. He is a 725 and that was to make it hill hill vs Warren Kiamco. We will never know if he would have scratched after the 8 or been corner hooked. That doesn’t mean his choice of shots wasn’t atrocious.
Yeah, I had a hard time finding the bad roll, was it just the scratch? Even I know to look out for that scratch, the cue ball wants to go in the pocket on those shots. That scratch was there since the beginning of time.![]()
Reyes vs. KaplanI can think of the one where Thorsten's cueball is coming down off the end rail about 1 1/2 diamonds out from and parallel to the side rail, then just starts turning sideways and scratches in the corner. RKC or somebody said it was due to faulty cloth install, stretched unevenly.
The other that pops into my mind is when they were using the Brunswick Metro tables for a while, and there was a table that had a corner pocket where guys were shooting balls dead center, and the pocket would trampoline the ball right back up and onto the table
